What to Know Before You Arrive
Our staff at Coral Kids Dentistry & Braces always does their best to schedule your child’s appointments at your convenience. We understand things happen, but we ask that you please try to give our dental office at least 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend, regardless of the reason.
Your Child’s First Visit
First impressions are crucial in dentistry, and this is compounded when it comes to serving young people. We spend time on building a relationship and rapport with your child more than anything else to ensure they know our team is on their side and dedicated to creating a comfortable experience. As they get more acquainted with our dental office, we’ll eventually begin performing more in-depth evaluations on their smile and oral health, including cavity and orthodontic assessments.

Patient Forms
The better we can get to know your child, the more comprehensive and tailored their pediatric care can be. Our new patient forms request information not just about your child, but how you intend to finance your care as well. To expedite the check-in process for your appointment, we recommend filling out all patient forms beforehand and bringing them with you to our dental office. Otherwise, we do recommend arriving 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled visit so you have time to complete them.

Dental Insurance Information
Coral Kids Dentistry & Braces is a non-assignment dental office, which means that your dental insurance company will reimburse you, rather than paying us directly. Your dental insurance plan is a contractual agreement between you and your insurance company. Treatment recommendations are provided free of bias of insurance coverage and are catered purely to the needs of your child. To ensure you are reimbursed in a timely fashion, our staff is happy to assist you with submitting your insurance claim. We can also submit predeterminations to your company so you will know more about what will be covered.
